Key Features & Construction

• All-Solid Tonewood Engine: Built with a solid Sitka Spruce soundboard paired with solid Ovangkol back and sides. Ovangkol offers an expansive dynamic range—delivering the warm, full-bodied low-end response of rosewood alongside the lively, sparkling upper-midrange projection of koa.
• Hand-Carved Bracing: Scalloped X-bracing hand-shaped by Eastman's workshop allows the top to resonate freely, yielding maximum sustain, volume, and touch-sensitive dynamic response.
• Versatile Grand Auditorium Profile: The 16" lower bout provides the low-end authority and projection of a traditional dreadnought, while the contoured waist and Venetian cutaway ensure articulate string-to-string separation and unrestricted access up the fingerboard.
• Eco-Friendly Truetone Gloss: Eastman’s ultra-thin Truetone gloss finish provides durable exterior protection while allowing the solid tonewoods to vibrate naturally without the dampening effect common to heavy polyurethane coats.
• Uncompromising Hardware: Outfitted with an authentic bone nut and saddle, genuine ebony bridge, and an ebony fingerboard fitted with 20 Jescar-FW43080 frets.
• Discrete Fishman Electronics: Powered by the Fishman Presys VT system, featuring stealthy soundhole-mounted volume and tone controls that preserve the guitar's clean aesthetic while delivering transparent, uncolored amplified tone direct to an acoustic amp or direct box.
