The pedal has a special white and violet finish that matches the 1973 Electro-Harmonix V2 Violet Ram’s Head Big Muff, which J has been using for years.

 

“I always have the Muff on. It’s the basis of all my distortion sounds,” J says. “I grew up playing with the Muff, so it’s kind of amazing to have my own signature version.”
