The Classic T features a new 60's C Vintage Standard neck profile, measuring .810"-.930" with a comfortable 1.650" nut width. This profile feels instantly familiar, offering the substantial feel of a vintage neck with the playability of a modern instrument. The Medium Stainless Steel frets (.055"x.090") provide a smooth playing surface, ensuring effortless bends and long fret life.
Under the hood, the Classic T is equipped with the revolutionary SSCII (Silent Single Coil System II). This proprietary system delivers all the rich, articulate tone of traditional single-coil pickups—without the annoying 60-cycle hum. Best of all, it's a passive system, so there's no battery required. The guitar's pickups are a set of custom Suhr Classic T single coils with Alnico 5 “Special” magnets, designed to capture that iconic T-style twang, sparkle, and warmth.
For rock-solid performance, the Wilkinson compensated 3-saddle bridge provides the quintessential 3-saddle tone while offering superior intonation, a common issue on vintage-style bridges.
