Used Demonfx Dual Boost

The Demonfx Dual Boost is an analog dual-channel booster designed to give you two independent stages of volume or gain enhancement. It is primarily modeled after the Fortin 33 and Fortin Grind style of boosters, which are legendary in the modern metal and high-gain communities for their ability to "tighten" an amplifier's response.

Two Distinct Boost Circuits

The pedal features two independent sides that can be used to push your signal in different ways:

• Side A (33-style): This side is a "clean" but aggressive boost. It provides a massive amount of level (up to +22dB) without adding its own distortion. It is specifically voiced to cut sub-bass frequencies and boost the high-mids, which stops high-gain amps from sounding "muddy" or "flabby."
• Side B (Grind-style): Similar to Side A but with a slightly different frequency emphasis. It focuses on a "percussive" attack, making fast palm-muted riffs sound more defined and "chuggy."
