Pickups & Sound: The exclusive hand-wound Empire '67 pickups (using Alnico 2 magnets) are designed to be slightly underwound, producing a worn-in, dynamic, and articulate tone with tight lows and smooth highs.

Electronics: It features "full blender" wiring, allowing the bottom tone knob to blend in the bridge pickup, expanding the tonal range to include neck+bridge or all three pickups together.
