Construction & Finish: The guitar features a Custom Polished high-gloss finish that is incredibly light, allowing the solid woods to resonate fully for a rich, dynamic, and responsive tone. The "CW" in the name indicates a Cutaway body style (Venetian cutaway), providing easier access to the upper frets.

Tonewoods:

Top: Solid Cedar Top—known for a warm, dark, and rich tone that responds well to a lighter playing touch.
Back and Sides: Solid Mahogany—contributes to the instrument's overall warmth and provides a strong midrange.
Neck: Mahogany.
Fingerboard and Bridge: Rosewood.

Electronics: It is equipped with the Fishman Clasica II system, which includes an under-saddle pickup and an onboard preamp. This system features an EQ section and a built-in tuner, making it ready for stage and studio use.

Playability: The guitar features a traditional classical 2" (50.8 mm) nut width and a 25.66" (651.764 mm) scale length. Unlike most traditional classical guitars, Godin includes a truss rod, allowing for precise neck adjustments.
