The
IK Multimedia TONEX One
delivers world-class, hyper-realistic amp and drive captures in a miniature stompbox format. It holds up to 20 onboard presets and integrates into a vast digital tone ecosystem.
Key Features & Architecture
Advanced AI Machine Modeling: Rather than using traditional digital approximations, it runs true, hyper-realistic component-level captures of real guitar and bass amplifiers, cabinets, and distortion pedals.
Massive Tone Library: It stores 20 customizable presets internally.Out of the box, it includes the TONEX SE software featuring 200 Premium Tone Models, and unlocks access to over 25,000 free user captures via IK's online ToneNET community. You can even use your computer to capture your own physical amp rig and load it right onto the pedal.
Clever Onboard Controls: The micro-housing features a main Volume/Gain knob alongside three retro-illuminated mini knobs. Pressing the ALT button toggles these mini knobs between two distinct control layers:
Primary Layer: Bass, Mid, Treble.
Secondary Layer: Noise Gate, Compressor, Reverb.
Customizable RGB Visuals: The mini knobs act as a smart chromatic tuner when the footswitch is held down. Additionally, you can assign 9 different custom LED colors to individual presets, making it incredibly easy to identify which amp profile is active on a dark stage.
Dual Performance Modes: The main footswitch can be configured to run in two separate configurations:
Stomp Mode: Functions like a standard pedal, allowing you to turn a single selected amp profile on and off (bypass).
Dual Mode: Toggles instantly back and forth between two distinct presets (such as a pristine clean tone and a heavy lead voice).
Flexible Audio Routing: Features a standard mono input and a versatile 1/4" TRS output that can run in mono, dual-mono, or stereo configuration. The TRS output also acts as a high-fidelity headphone jack for silent practice.
Studio Audio Interface: Includes a USB-C port that handles lightning-fast preset transfers, and transforms the pedal into a low-latency 24-bit/44.1 kHz audio interface for direct recording straight into a DAW.
