The Supro 1697RH Galaxy is a 50-watt, all-tube, two-channel amplifier head designed to bridge the gap between vintage Supro character and the versatile needs of a modern touring professional. It was developed through a high-profile collaboration between Supro and two industry legends: pedal builder Robert Keeley and amp guru Bruce Zinky.

The "Zinky" Overdrive Channel:Designed by Bruce Zinky (known for his work on the Fender Custom Shop Tone Master and Prosonic), this channel features multiple cascaded gain stages. It offers the most gain of any Supro model, ranging from a subtle bluesy breakup to thick, harmonically rich saturation. It includes a dedicated 3-band EQ and a master volume to help balance it against the clean channel.
