the Sushi Box FX Finally is essentially a "high-end studio tube rack in a stompbox." It is a professional-grade Tube Direct Box (DI) and preamp designed to give your signal the weight, warmth, and "air" typically associated with expensive vintage consoles or standalone tube DIs like the Noble or REDDI

Unlike many "tube" pedals that run at low voltages (starved plate) for marketing, the Finally runs its tube at high internal voltage (around 200V+).

• The Tube: It typically comes stock with a 12AU7 vacuum tube. This provides a massive amount of headroom and a "hi-fi" warmth rather than heavy distortion.
• Saturation: The Gain knob allows you to push the tube. At lower settings, it’s crystal clean; at higher settings, it adds a subtle harmonic "thickness" or "hair" to the notes.
• The Transformer: The signal is capped off by a custom-wound Unagi Magnetics DI transformer. This is the "secret sauce" that adds that final layer of analog smoothing and handles the conversion to a balanced XLR signal.
