This 1967 Martin D-28 is a true banger. The Brazilian rosewood back and sides are absolutely gorgeous. I don't think you'll find a better studio guitar—it's incredibly well-balanced in tone. The action is perfect, with plenty of room to come down if needed, and the neck has just the right amount of relief. This is truly a player's dream guitar.
As for wear and tear: the neck has been reset, there's a small crack on the back that was never repaired (it's barely noticeable), the headstock had a crack that was expertly repaired, and the old shrunken pickguard has been removed and replaced. Overall, the guitar shows some dings, dents, playwear, and all the character you'd expect from an instrument that's been well-loved and well-played.
