The SE Santana is the first model in the SE series to feature the same body shape as Carlos’s revered American-made PRS models. It features a solid mahogany back for deep, resonant lows and a maple top with a beautiful flame maple veneer for added snap and visual elegance. The body is finished with a shallow violin carve (bevel) that provides a comfortable, ergonomic feel for long playing sessions.

Shorter Scale, Maximum Expression

Unique among the SE lineup, this model features a 24.594” scale length. This slightly shorter scale reduces string tension, making bends feel "slinky" and effortless while providing a distinctive, fat tonal character. The mahogany neck is carved into the classic Wide Fat profile, offering a substantial but comfortable grip that enhances sustain.

Custom-Voiced Electronics

Equipped with a pair of Santana "S" Humbuckers, this guitar is voiced to capture the fluid, melodic tones that Carlos is known for. These pickups offer a wide sonic range—from sweet, vocal-like cleans in the neck position to biting, harmonically rich overdrive in the bridge.
