Shea Guitars is a dedicated one-man shop led by builder Will Shea, where every instrument is an "all-analog" labor of love. Operating out of Harrisburg, PA, Will rejects the use of CNC machines in favor of a traditional, handmade approach that ensures each guitar is unique, personal, and built to be passed down through generations. By utilizing primarily roasted woods for superior resonance and a signature non-toxic oil finish, Shea Guitars offers a tactile, "wood-forward" experience that avoids the plastic feel of modern poly or nitro coatings. These instruments are designed to be exceptionally light (between 5 and 6.5 lbs) and effortless to play, featuring technical refinements like threaded-insert bolt-on necks for lifelong stability.
